From Longview, go north on Highway 300 (Gilmer Road), right on FM 726, left on FM 1650. Go approximately 3 miles to property on both sides of the road. Alternate Longview route: Go north on Highway 259, left onto FM 1650, then 9 miles to Barton Springs Estates on both sides of road. Turn on Teal then Pintail for Phase 3 or turn on Cardinal then Widgeon for Phase 4.
From Gilmer, go east on Highway 154 approximately 4 miles to property at intersection of FM 1650. Signs should be visible.

Restrictions have been recorded to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood. All sites are restricted to custom site-built homes. Minimum square footage is 1,800 sf of living area. Mobile homes are not permitted. Per the Homeowner Association, dues are $235 per year per lot for 7/1/19-7/1/20.
